2026 Summer Camps and Classes
Spend your summer in the Cascade foothills! Camp Huston has been a beacon of youth development and faith formation for 98 years. Open to all, camp offers a sanctuary for recreation, exploration, and friendship, embracing diversity in a community rooted in Episcopal identity.
Discovery Camp: Camp Huston's unique Discovery Group model allows campers to discover and develop their own skills, leadership ability, and identities. In groups, campers will experience fun, formational activities like our low ropes challenge course, games, hiking, and camp-outs. Every afternoon there are free-choice activities for campers–like archery, swimming, arts & crafts, and sports. At the end of each day, all of camp comes together for camp-wide evening activities and worship.
Horse Camp: Campers spend each morning with the trained staff at Skyland Ranch learning riding techniques and developing horse-handling skills. Campers return to Camp Huston at lunch and spend the afternoon and evening with their Discovery Group.
Mini Camp: Open to campers entering 1st-5th grade, this 4-day/3-night version of Discovery Camp is a great introduction to the magic of summer camp!
Counselor Training (ages 16+): Our 10-day intensive leadership development program, covering topics like group facilitation, program creation, conflict resolution, mentoring, and feedback & communication. Participants are invited to work as counselors on the basis of active participation in the program and responsible behavior.
